Three spacious rooms are available on the first floor -

1. Double with Ensuite shower room.

2. Double with private bathroom and shower.

3. Twin with shared facilities

All rooms have TV, hairdryer, tea and coffee making facilities.

A sitting room with TV is available for the use of our guests.

When the weather is fine, breakfast can be taken on the patio and you are welcome to sit and enjoy the gardens.

Prices: per person per night depending on season
From £27 two sharing.
Single occupancy in a double room from £35.

Terms and conditions

1 - Room Rates: The rate includes all taxes and a full breakfast.
2 - Deposits. A deposit of £20 per room per night is required to confirm a booking.
3 - Cancellation by guest. A reservation is a binding contract. Deposits are non returnable except if we are able to re-let the room. We will attempt to re-let the room and return your deposit less a handling charge of £5. Guests are reminded that once the deposit is paid, they are liable, if we are unable to re-let the room, for 2/3 of the total cost of the stay. You are advised to take out holiday cancellation insurance.
4 - Cancellation by us. Should it be necessary to cancel a booking, we will contact you immediately, your deposit will be refunded in full. Should you wish us to, we will attempt to book you into another local B+B of the same or lower grade in a similar standard of room. Should this B+B be more expensive, we will pay the difference for the first night of your stay.
5 - Availability. Rooms are available for guests from 4 pm. on the first day of their stay, (unless by prior arrangement). Rooms should be vacated by 10:30 am. on the last day.
6 - Smoking. North Lodge is a non smoking building, if you need to smoke, please do this outside in the garden.
7 - Damage and missing items. North Lodge reserves the right to charge for any missing or damaged items.
8 - Dogs are not permitted (except Guide dogs). This is because we have our own pets.
9 - Data Protection. We hold details, as supplied by guests or their companies, only on the registration book and booking form. We will not make this available to others.
10 - Internet use is free only up to 100Mb per day.
11 - Payment only by cash or cheque.
